A healthy nation starts with an informed community. In 2015, Jacked Nutrition CEO Muhammad Abbas was invited to speak to the CDA regarding the importance of supplementation and balanced nutrition. This session focused on breaking down the complexities of wellness and providing actionable steps for employees to improve their long-term health—a commitment to advocacy that we continue to uphold today.

On November 8, 2015, we officially took our mission nationwide. Launching our digital storefront wasn't just about e-commerce; it was about ensuring that premium nutrition was no longer limited by geography. Watching our Personal Fitness Studio go from a construction site in late 2015 to a fully operational hub in February 2016 was a humbling experience. By launching our Health Bar alongside the new store, we transitioned from being a supplement provider to a lifestyle partner. From the capital to the heart of Punjab—August 2016 was the moment the Jacked Nutrition community truly expanded. Opening our doors on MM Alam Road was a proud milestone for the entire team. We chose a location that reflected our brand's premium identity, ensuring that the best fitness products in the world were finally accessible to the people of Lahore. It was a day of celebration, growth, and a reaffirmation of our commitment to a fitter Pakistan.

A pivotal moment of growth. The 2016 Dubai Muscle Show served as the ultimate testing ground for our brand's philosophy. By engaging with global pioneers of fitness, Muhammad Abbas reinforced the foundation of Jacked Nutrition: authenticity, education, and excellence. This international exposure was the spark that led to some of our biggest global partnerships, ensuring that our community in Pakistan remains at the forefront of the fitness revolution

Growth is a process, and in early 2017, that process brought us to Karachi. As the "under construction" signs went up, the excitement in the city was palpable. We weren't just opening a store; we were building a hub for the Karachi fitness community to access authentic, elite-level nutrition. This milestone solidified Jacked Nutrition's status as a truly national brand, dedicated to fueling the ambitions of every Pakistani athlete, from the capital to the coast.

August 19, 2017, tested us in ways we did not expect. We organised a fitness expo, and there was no proper blueprint to follow. But the athletes, depending on us, kept us focused. They had trained too hard for us to fall short.

So we pushed through. And when the day finally arrived, everything we had sacrificed made sense. The energy in that room was unlike anything Pakistan had seen before. Athletes who had spent months preparing finally had a stage worthy of their effort. And they delivered. That day taught us something important. The bigger the struggle, the stronger the story. And Pakistan's fitness story was just getting started.

Some moments you just never see coming. When we announced that Kai Greene was coming to Pakistan, people did not believe it. And honestly, we understood why. But that is exactly why we did it. September 8, 2017, was the day everything changed.

Kai Greene is not just a bodybuilder. He is a thinker, a philosopher, and living proof that the mind shapes the body before the body shapes itself. When he walked into that room, it was not just a celebrity appearance. It was a lesson in what human potential truly looks like.

For CEO Muhammad Abbas, this was never about the spectacle. He wanted Pakistani athletes to sit with a global legend, learn from him, and walk away believing that greatness has no geography.

On November 14, 2017, we took the next step. We launched BodyBrics, our answer to the gap between performance nutrition and performance gear. Because an athlete who trains hard deserves to look the part, too. BodyBrics was not just activewear. It was designed with the same obsession for quality that built Jacked Nutrition from the ground up. Every stitch, every fabric, every detail was made for people who take their training seriously.

This was not a side project. It was a natural extension of who we are as a brand that shows up for its community at every level, in every way possible. When you wear BodyBrics, you carry the same standard that has driven this brand since day one.

Lahore was always on our minds. And on March 7, 2018, we finally made it official. But the way we opened this store says more about us than the store itself. There was no grand corporate ceremony. No formal speeches. CEO Muhammad Abbas simply showed up, stood at the door, and welcomed every person who walked in one by one. He listened to their goals, answered their questions, and gave free fitness advice to anyone who needed it. That is just who he is. And honestly, that is just who we are.

On June 7, 2018, we opened our doors in one of Pakistan's hardest-working cities. It felt like a perfect match. Because the people of Faisalabad understand something that we have believed since day one. Results come from showing up, putting in the work, and never cutting corners.

This was not just another store opening. For CEO Muhammad Abbas, it was about fulfilling a promise. A promise that no matter where you are in Pakistan, you deserve access to the best supplements, honest guidance, and a team that genuinely cares about your progress.

Faisalabad had been ready for this. We just had to make sure we were ready for Faisalabad.

In November 2018, we pushed the boundaries of the industry by launching Islamabad's first trainer-led healthy kitchen.

This venture was a massive success in terms of innovation and community impact. It also served as a vital learning phase for our brand. We pioneered the keto movement in Islamabad at a time when the concept was largely unknown. People came to eat, to learn, and to understand what food actually does to the body.

The insights gained during this period have since been integrated into our supplementation range and coaching programmes, making us a stronger, more knowledgeable brand for our community.

In April 2019, Muhammad Abbas stepped outside the gym and into a conversation that the fitness community in Pakistan had never really had. That was environmental conservation. Not because it was trending. Not because it was good for business. But because it was the right thing to do.

The "Go Green" initiative was simple in its message but powerful in its intent. Every fitness enthusiast who trains hard, eats clean, and lives with discipline is already consistent. We need the same consistency to make better choices for the planet.

On March 13, 2020, we officially planted our flag in the most iconic commercial centre of Islamabad, F-7 Markaz. And honestly, it felt long overdue.

For CEO Muhammad Abbas, this was never just about opening a new location. Islamabad is where this journey began. Where the first order was packed, and the first customer was served. Bringing a world-class supplement range and professional expertise to the city's most vibrant hub felt less like a business decision and more like a responsibility.

F-7 Markaz was chosen deliberately. It is where Islamabad comes alive, accessible, central, and premium. Just like the standard we have always held ourselves to.

This store was built for the community that has supported our revolution since day one. You believed in us before we were anything. The least we could do was show up for you in the heart of your city.

2020 was a year nobody was prepared for. When the world shut down, gyms closed, and uncertainty took over, many brands pulled back. We chose to do the opposite. Our community needed us more than ever, and we were not going anywhere.

We fast-tracked our digital infrastructure almost overnight to support the sudden surge in home training needs. People were still waking up every morning with the drive to train, even when everything felt out of control.

We made sure they had everything they needed to do exactly that. Jacked Nutrition remained a stable, reliable presence for athletes and fitness enthusiasts across Pakistan throughout the entire pandemic.

In 2021, we launched our second Karachi hub to fulfil the post-lockdown fitness goals.

Karachi had made it clear that one location was not enough. The city was hungry for more, and we responded. This expansion gave us a deeper understanding of Karachi's diverse needs and helped us learn what a city of that scale truly requires from a brand like ours.

We eventually made the strategic decision to consolidate back into our primary Karachi flagships to deliver a more focused, premium experience. But we have no regrets about that chapter. Every decision we make, whether moving forward or stepping back, is about one thing only. Serving you better.

From the very beginning, we knew supplements were only part of the answer. An athlete needs more than nutrition. They need a space to train hard, push limits, and surround themselves with people who share the same drive. That is exactly why the Jacked Fitness Arena was built.

With the grand opening of the arena, we completed the circle. World-class supplementation combined with a high-performance training facility under one roof. Under the leadership of Muhammad Abbas, this arena stands as the clearest proof of Jacked Nutrition’s hard work. Not just a supplement brand, but a complete fitness destination for every athlete in Pakistan.

2022 was not an easy year for anyone in the industry. Rising exchange rates and economic uncertainty were forcing brands across the industry to slow down. We faced that same pressure. But we made a different choice. Instead of retreating, we doubled down.

While the industry remained sceptical, our leadership initiated something that had never been done before in Pakistan. A two-year journey to build a pharmaceutical-grade sports nutrition manufacturing facility from the ground up in the Rawat Industrial Area.

This was not a quick fix or a reactive decision. It was a long-term commitment to national self-reliance. The road was long. The construction was challenging. And the doubters were loud. That "under construction" phase represented more than a facility taking shape. It was Jacked Nutrition transitioning from a premium retailer to a global manufacturer. Refusing to let market fluctuations dictate our mission or limit what we could offer the Pakistani athlete.

After years of continuous dedication and construction in the Rawat Industrial Area, in 2025, FarmaLabs was officially launched. For Jacked Nutrition, it was a historic shift from a premier retailer to a world-class manufacturer.

By building specialised production modules and resolving the complexities of large-scale inventory management, we turned a bold vision into reality. Pakistan's first pharmaceutical-grade sports nutrition facility, built on local ambition and global standards.

FarmaLabs now stands as a symbol of national self-reliance. Elite-level supplements, produced on Pakistani soil, for the Pakistani athlete and the world beyond.

Some collaborations prove to be a greater milestone than others. We were honoured to partner with the Islamabad Police and FPCCI to host the Health and Fitness Gala. It was a landmark event built around strength, resilience, and national fitness.

Supporting the men and women who protect this country every single day was not just a proud moment for us. It was a responsibility we took seriously. We brought our expertise, our products, and our genuine commitment to ensuring that our police force performs at its absolute peak.

This partnership was a reflection of something we have always believed. Fitness is not just for athletes. It is for every Pakistani who shows up and serves, in whatever capacity that may be.
