• AwaisThe best thing about BUM Essential Pre-Workout is that it has all the required elements to push you in your workout. I especially like the fact that it does not have creatine in it as I take that separately and I have the flexibility to manage my creatine intake, which i usually take post workout with my protein for better absorption. The flavours are very good while being sugar free (zero calories) so its very good for people who want to manage their weight. It has beta-alanine in it which is helping me with my workout sets, as I can push through more reps and harder sets without getting tired too quickly.
