Oil Free Juicy Tandoori Tikka

We all know we just can’t survive without chicken tikka, so here’s the simplest and healthiest recipe you’ll ever need. It’ll get ready in no time with just the right amounts of traditional spices, creating a marinade that will tenderise the chicken while adding a richness that is both savory and aromatic.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- Yoghurt - 4tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste - 1/2 tos
- Zeera powder- 1 tsp &1/2 tsp
- Lal mirch powder- 1/2 tbs or to taste
- Chaat masala- 1 tsp
- Kashmiri lal mirch- 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
- Dhania powder- 1tsp & 1/2 tsp
- Namak - 1 & 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Zarda rang- 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice- 2tbsp
- Olive oil- 1tsp
Directions
- Add the yoghurt in a bowl and mix all the spices together forming a creamy marinade.
- Add in the chicken fillets and let it marinate for some time. Remember the more time you give it to marinate the tastier it’ll be.
- Cook the marinated chicken on low heat till they are done.
- Serve and enjoy with some salad.
