  • 1 cup chickpeas 
  • Small beetroot
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice 
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon egg yolk butter


  • In a blender, mix chickpeas, beetroot, garlic, salt, lemon juice, tahini, and the egg-yolk butter blend.
  • Blend off for a minute or till you get a creamy mixture.
  • Plate, present, and savour goodness.
