Ingredients:
- 600g mutton
- 3 tbsp desi ghee
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- Coriander leaves (to taste)
- Lemon juice (to taste)
Directions:
- Heat 3 tbsp desi ghee in a pressure cooker. Add the mutton and sauté until the meat turns white.
