Job Responsibilities: As a Customer Relations Manager at Jacked Fitness Arena, 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨.
- Greet and assist members and prospective members with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring member satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional communication skills.
- Promote our gym's services and offerings to prospective members.
- Manage member accounts, including billing, account updates, and membership renewals.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Ensure adherence to gym policies and procedures, and enforce safety and security measures.
- Conduct gym tours and assist with member onboarding.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer relations, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible and reliable with a commitment to ensuring a positive member experience.
- Knowledge of gym operations and systems is a plus.
