Protein Cookies Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1-2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp neutral oil
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Optional: chocolate chips or raisins

    How To Make Protein Cookies

    • Preheat the air fryer to 325°F.
    • except chocolate chips and raisins, Mix all ingredients.
    • Form dough into a ball and press down to make a cookie. Top with chocolate chips and raisins.
    • Air fry for 5 mins ( cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer).
    • If you are making this in an oven, you can try cooking at 350°F for 6 mins, but this is an approximation so cook until the cookie is golden brown.
